Digital Nomad Visa: Spain’s dedicated visa for remote workers and freelancers from non-EU countries. Requires proof of remote work activity, income above 200% of Spain’s minimum wage, and a clean criminal record.

Non-Lucrative Residence Visa For individuals with sufficient passive income or savings who do not intend to work in Spain. Requires proof of financial means (approx. €28,000/year for the main applicant) and private health insurance.

Entrepreneur Visa: Designed for founders and entrepreneurs developing innovative business projects in Spain, assessed by ENISA. Requires submission of a viable business plan with demonstrable innovative component.

EU Blue Card: For highly qualified non-EU professionals with a job offer or employment contract in Spain, in occupations with skills shortages. Requires recognised higher education qualifications and a salary threshold.

Intra-Company Transfer: For managers, specialists, or trainees transferred to a Spanish branch, subsidiary, or affiliate of a multinational group. Processed via UGE with a streamlined timeline for qualifying entities.
